Gowdanar Technologies is founded by very successful software professionals whose roots are from rural India, because we are connected to rural background and successfully spent decades in IT industry, we have a clear understanding what IT industry looks for in a fresh engineer and what limitations our young and bright rural engineer has when they come out of rural engineering colleges. We acknowledge that the common challenges of our rural engineers are neither their intelligence nor the will to work for their success, it is lack of communication, presentation, undiscovered self and confidence which limits them to compete in the race. We have passionately committed our self to make an impact on this cause by providing a platform for these bright but disadvantaged engineers to successfully transition to IT industry. We understand that it takes a considerable amount of time and continuous guidance needed to shape a person on these attributes along with technology training. Continuous practice on the live project in professional environment makes the learning complete so that our enlightened engineers could confidently join the most splendid IT world with experience of working on live project. Having considered these factors in mind, we have designed our mentorship program to cover technology, personality development, process, aptitude and experience on live project. This service is available for rural engineering graduates with more than 60% marks. As we are aiming to extend this service for a specific segment of engineering community, we are having an obligation to select the right and needy candidate for this offer, hence candidates has to submit the required documents for verification and go through comprehensive selection process. Once the associates meet all the prerequisites and get selected. After associates join our team, we hold ourselves responsible for providing the professional assistance until they secure a suitable position in the industry.
